Wanted to give a 1 Star but I’d thought I’d be nice because there emails were always quick even if they did fob me off at every given opportunity. So I ordered a Grill from them for my Golf at the start of October, I got a refund at the start of March because the item never arrived despite them telling me on countless occasions the item was on its way - insert excuse here (delayed shipping,lost in transit etc). I was trying so hard to be accommodating but initially the said they wouldn’t refund as it was special order item so that annoyed me but 6 months later they did. It’s a shame because the company appears to sell good stuff, but a lot is rehashed stuff from Ali Express with an increase of prices.
