Making money off an accident
I had a flight booked at the end of July however unfortunately we can no longer travel due to my partner having an accident and requiring crutches and a boot, he cannot fly for 6 months I called to cancel my flights due to medical reasons and provided them with all medical records and documents and not fit to fly letter! Awful customer service keep telling me to wait for my request it’s escalated it’s been going on for one month now this is a disgrace! Who tries to make money out of an accident ? Shameful airline please avoid!!!! Would recommend Turkish airlines
