Not helpful and Not responded to refund request
I thought the onboarding fee covered them helping me find a medicine my insurance would cover. That did not happen. They told me to contact the insurance and find out what would be covered. Then since the coverage did not make it cost effective for me I cancelled the membership and requested my onboarding fee to be refunded. I have contacted them 5 times and no response yet regarding my onboarding fee. So beware. They have a money back guarantee but looks like you are going to have to work hard to get that.
