Really grateful for excellent customer service

When I arrived I was with two small children and two large suitcases, I asked if I could pick up the car from the terminal rather than having to go to the main pick up point and the gentleman facilitated this for me. I am so grateful as it is extremely stressful travelling with a 1 and 4 year old and luggage to boot
