Difficult task, great experience! Thanks.
Ours was never going to be an easy fit. A replacement of an oil boiler in a 20 year old house but keeping the existing hot water tank which was fitted with soar thermal heating and keeping the towel rails working separately. All in a home that had been messed about plumbing wise previously with no records. The whole experience with GASWORX was excellent, from initial contact on the phone to site visit, then survey, the offer which was competitive, the BUS Application and the actual fitting. The whole team were great to get to know and that makes a huge difference. They inspired confidence and ability, answering all my idiot questions carefully and fully. They were nice people to have around our home for what by its nature is a pretty intrusive event. Yes a few things did go wrong, but we were fully informed throughout and the team worked long into the evenings to get it right. So yes we would thoroughly reccommend them. Oh and by the way it is working well, a few weeks in, better than I hoped for. Thank you to a very pleasant team of professionals.
