Shocking service
Shocking service. Arrived at Alicante airport at 1030 pm. Only 2 employees working at the counter and lots of customers off the flight waiting. Finally got served at 12.45 am only to be advised I would be charged an 'out of hours' collection fee of 40 Euros! The customer service assistant advised me to take photos of the vehicle - I realised why as every side of the vehicle had damage of varying types - these were all marked on the contract sheet, but I was surprised at the poor state of the bodywork. Return process was fine.
