HUGE problems with your domains and data
We worked for years to extricate ourselves from this mess of a company. Archaic control panel limitations plus other hosting, mail, and registration issues were chronic, but more importantly is their bizarre practices of domain hostage-holding. Justhost and BlueHost are resellers for Enom. So moving a domain from them is a nightmare... Luckily only a small part of our portfolio was with them, but it was too much. Although we could unlock our domains in our JustHost domain portal, they were still actually locked in the eyes of Enom, and showed as locked by Who-Is. It took 2 years and countless hours dealing with justhhost's insistence that they "couldn't do anything more" before their technical support finally authorized Enom to unluck the domains at their end. A year later we are still getting reminders from justhost about domains they don't hold anymore, and our old client portal still lists domains that they used to host for us but haven't had access to - and some domains we long since sold - in some cases for literally 5 or more years. They should not be holding onto any of that data or soliciting to get domains "renewed" through them that they do not hold. BE WARNED.
