My card got swallowed by a cash point…
My card got swallowed by a cash point without dispensing cash. I wanted to ensure my card and money were safe so I used online chat. I had immediate confirmation that all was well. However, the operator told me she couldn’t order me a new card, I had to do that on the app. Which I did. However, there is no category for the card being swallowed by a cash machine, only lost or stolen. I used lost, but then app told me I couldn’t order a card until I’d spoken to an operator on the phone.Which I did. So, instead of one simple online chat, I had to use three separate transaction, chat, app and phone call,to resolve my issue. I thought the tech was meant to make things easier? I gave this review 5 stars because both of the people I interacted with were efficient and helpful.
