They're trying hard, they don't deliver (literally) UPDATED
Ordered on Dec 22nd, as of March 3rd still not received my order. Did not get a confirmation email after ordering, wrote them two emails after not receiving anything for weeks and a woman named Paulina replied, telling me that they were overwhelmed with orders and they would send out my order within the next few days. Twice. Nothing happened so far. Trying to reclaim my money now via Paypal. Don't order from this shop. UPDATE: The day I wrote the review the order was shipped and I received my tracking number. They apologized for the long delay and refunded the shipping costs. Initial 1 star review changed to 4 stars for staying in touch and (finally) delivering.
