Fairly good
The check in time of 4pm is late imo. We got into town mid day and there wasn’t anyone in the cabin days prior and it was clean, but still had to wait on a technician to sign off. Once we tried to get in, the passcode was supposed to be my phone number and that did not work the whole time we were there. Called and had to get a different code from someone. The house is very nice, kitchen appliances are newer. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. One complaint about the house is that the outside deck and furniture was very dirty. Had to wipe all of the tables down, the chairs had a ton of pollen on them, deck had a lot of leaves and debris that hadn’t been cleaned. Hot tub worked well.
