Top Class Service
We have used SellMyHome twice - early last year when we sold our own home and most recently to sell our daughter's home - they have literally saved us thousands of pounds! Do not use the online valuation - we found this to be very inaccurate. Use your common sense, or a local estate agent for a free valuation. However, the rest of the service is excellent. We liked the fact that we were in control of the viewings and could contact the viewers directly - it simplifies matters when you cut out the middle-man. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and supported us through the whole process to completion. We would certainly recommend them and would use them again in the future.
