Prompt phone call after online request to confirm collection day and in the morning,which was the next day. In morning of collection driver called to give ETA. Arrived as stated, whilst other guy was loading my vehicle he'd rung office and passed phone to me to sort payment. Very helpful young lady took details..and before vehicle had been removed from road ,payment was in my account
