I think the group department sucks!
I think the group department sucks! I have been writing for a month ago regarding groups in The Netherlands next year - but I have got absolutely NO response! What about shutting this department down, and then let the specific hotels handle group requests - like all other hotels does! By not answering e-mails, this will mean you loose clients - because they book elsewhere - where e-mails are answered!!
