Let's start by being charged $133 for a 60 dollar room that wasn't very clean,the heater gave a awful smell,the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work,go out side to smoke & there card dont unlock the outside door so I walk around the building at 12 30 am. The useless staff tells me it's for security but recorded my key and showed me it worked,go back to my room and the card wouldn't get me back in my room. So I wait till this morning to speak to someone and that was just icing on the cake she confirmed that it's a $60 dollar room if u book it online. that was on the list to be fixed on Feb 7 2023 and when I asked how they rent rooms that ain't ready she start getting ignorant & loud.
