Poor Service
had been forced into booking a pay later package . First deposit payment came out fine and then they claimed the full payment had failed (only a week before travelling) , even though it hadnt failed from my side. They gave me 2 days to pay through a link which was not working . I contacted them through the form online and they took 2 days to respond with another broken link. By the time they corrected it and I had payed ( and received a booking success email) somehow they let the hotel reservation go and lost it. Now I am left with no nearby hotels 1 week out. What a joke of a setup. Please stay away.
