Utter shambles.
Utter shambles. Edit : Despite the reply from TCBG below, no one has requested any details as yet trying to follow this up. Besides, they should have all my details anyway given the number of calls I received from them. Agreed a price, had multiple phone calls after trying to lower it. Reasons included 'we only looked at the pictures you sent after we made the offer' and 'thank you for declaring the scratch on your vehicle that we never asked for any more information about but now we're at the collection time it doesn't match our definition of a light scratch '. Which was probably my fault thinking that a scratch that needed pointing out to a professional who collects cars for a living couldn't possibly be a light scratch. Apparently the whole door needed to be resprayed, surprised it wasn't the entire car for colour matching. Next time don't even bother being honest about it. Lesson learnt. Every step of the way they said 'yes, we know we made the mistake, we're not going to honour our offer, but it's not like you're out of pocket because you haven't been paid for it yet' Jokers. 2 stars because after they finished trying to drop the price, payment was super quick and painless.
