Refusing to refund me
Didn't manage to find me a cancellation test after a month, so I seeked alternate sources to find a test as I was desperate to pass. I passed but apparently they can't give a refund as it breaches their contract as "they may have found a test" which they definitely wouldn't have done. Driving Scout on the other hand respected that and refunded me. So props to that company.
