Recently I was unable to log in and update my payment method. I forgot my security question answer and it was impossible to find human support, somehow the live chat button only exist on mobile platform not on my laptop. I had to use my phone and queue for a human support for 40 mins to learn that I need to submit a form. After submitting the form, waited a week and had to queue in the live chat for another 30 mins to chase them. During this period I missed very important emails. The platform is also not user friendly. When nothing happens the service is stable. But when you really needed support it found it a torture.
