Delivery and install disaster…
AIT delivered our new LG washer on Tuesday 5th August 2025, we also paid them £30 to do the wet install. Firstly they ripped our new kitchen cushion floor with the rear foot of the washer, then they trapped the waste pipe behind the machine so it would not fit square with the kitchen units. They did not have a spirit level to level the machine correctly or even a screwdriver to tighten the waste pipe jubilee clip. When putting the waste pipe on they also dislodged the overflow waste, which had to be replaced. We had to get the trapped pipe out and level the machine ourselves after they left. We still await AIT’s response to the damage and service provided over 48 hours after the incident!
