It's an absolute joke that Meta has literally billions lining their pockets and can't hire a real, competent, customer service unit for any of their apps or domains. My Instagram account is currently compromised and ALL I NEED to do is to re-confirm my email to regain access, but instagram is so poorly programmed that it won't work. If I could chat to a REAL person about this, that would help, but I can't. All Instagram has is a "help" centre that is just articles. Could they be any more lazy? Do these guys have any idea how many people have lost their accounts because there's no real way to recover them? They're killing their own product. What a crock.
