SCAMMERS! They sent me a 10% discount voucher on Ebay. Tried to apply it upon check out and, even though what I ordered was legible for the discount, it was not valid. Proceeded to check out as I needed the ink as soon as possible. Contacted them afterwards and Shirley was very rude and not apologetic. Did not do anything and has not refunded the 10% of the voucher. This woman is rude and uneducated. Customer care service is not her place. Don't even know what customer care is! This company obviously sends out fake offers to attract customers. STAY AWAY!!! Woman, find yourself a more suitable job for a rude person like you.
