Poor Management and Customer service
I purchased a health class package with Kaplan and had a virtual class as well. The study materials were nice, and the class was good as well. The problem I have experienced with them is trying to take the actual test for my state exam. I tested my laptop before the exam and it said the software was compatible, but when it came time to actually take my test, I was unable to. Turns out my laptop was not compatible. I have now been fighting tooth and nail just to take this test. I've called Kaplan multiple times and have been hung up on and received different answers every single time I call in. Somehow, every time I call, I hear that the last representative had "No idea what they're talking about" and mishandled the situation. Today, I called again, and I was told I had to contact the proctoring service! I requested a supervisor as it does not make any sense to contact the proctoring service and was told I'd receive a call OR email back with no timeframe whatsoever. Horrible service. The poor management and lack of training shows by the sheer number of times I have called, with absolutely no resolution.
