LDG Really Do Care!!
Well done LDG and thank you!! We had a poor experience initially, but after our complaint, both the Management Team and one of the Owners got involved to rectify the situation. They visited our apartment and have put a plan in place to make good everything. It was also good to hear the Partner of the business speak passionately about their history and culture and how they care for their Landlords and Tenants. Our initial experience has now been converted into a good experience and we are thankful to the Team at LDG. We're now looking forward to enjoying the apartment again which is great.
