Gavin Murphy was SO helpful and efficient!
I ordered a case of red to be delivered to me in Hungary, thinking that I was taking advantage of a great free delivery offer. Gavin got in touch to let me know there was a website pricing glitch and that a delivery charge was actually applicable. He gave me the option to cancel the order, but I went ahead anyway. Gavin was very apologetic and even gave me a discount. The courier service was extremely prompt and I had my case of wine from the UK in time for Christmas! Still enjoying it and very happy with K&L Wines service. Many thanks Gavin! Will be ordering again for my brothers in Scotland.
