Bought a controller about 6 months ago…
Bought a controller about 6 months ago and the paddle on the back broke through regular use which is alarming considering the price of these products. I tried to return the product and all they did after spending 30-40mins trawling through an ai bot menu was to email me a returns label. When I brought up to them that I didn’t have any facilities to print the label or a box to safely return the broken controller in, as it clearly states they won’t be responsible for further damage, I asked them to either send me a label I could use or collect it from my address. The response I received was shocking considering the price of these products all to para phrase it basically apologised then offered no solutions and made it seem like I was being unreasonable. Worst experience as a customer I have ever received avoid this company as a lot of others offer a similar and superior product
