Honest, friendly and helpful, thanks Fonira
Yesterday I forgot my rucksack in Greggs at 8-10 Cornmarket St, Oxford OX1 3HL. I called them at 6.15pm, just 15mins before closing time to check if it was there, not only Fonira and her colleague had put it in a safe place but they made the effort of trying to find me to return the bag. In the absence of a number to ring me, they called a number I had for my work place trying to find me and this morning I received a call from my work place telling me where I had lost my bag. I had actually recovered it yesterday just a few minutes before closing time. Not only this but the service was exceptional, very clean, friendly, delicious sausage rolls and Fonira and her colleague advise me on meal deals. I will not hesitate to recommend to everyone. Thanks Fonira and your lovely colleague.
