I have been a member of Marriott for over 10+ years

I have been a member of Marriott Vacation club for over 10+ years I had nothing but great things to say about them and even had a few family members who I Convinced some of my family to also become owners but in July during a sales update or owners update I was struggling with my payments and couldn't afford my ownership any longer I mentioned that to the representative who I was dealing with and he offered me what I thought was a much more affordable package and the way I was explained it said that they would take the old one that I had and replace it with the new one and I would have to work with someone from the exit department wants a new contract became into place I was told that the equity that I had from my last ownership would be moved to my new one and that I didn't have to continue to make payments that I couldn't afford on the old one and just had to start making payments on the new one once it was available in my owners portal now four months later that old loan is now into default and now the extra strategy or the exit department is telling me that they can assist because it's in default. Well is in default because the person in July told me to stop making payments so I haven't made a payment since July so of course it's now going to be four months behind. They now suspended my Bonvoy account as well and I cant seem to get anyone to help me understand what going on. I have sent Multiple emails to multiple people and still have not received a response from someone that can tell me what I'm supposed to do and how did we get here. I recently had to evacuate for hurricane Milton and unfortunately was not able to use my bonvoy points that I have earned because of this, and I was left to stay in my home without electricity for six days.
