In the last 3 years I have received a same bill of £1779 despite me paying and now have moved from my property when I rang customer service a gentleman not so a gentleman answered could not believe it he asked me for my National insurance number date of birth to and kept on asking for my personal information not even deciding to sort my problem I mentioned to him he is neither the home office nor the DWP to ask for my NI number nor the police I asked DWP yesterday and they mentioned that they found it strange why is affinity asking for NI number when no utility company does this truly strange company re ally frustrating and disgusting water company
