Ordered a custom controller for my son
Ordered a custom controller for my son, costing over £200. Order number #S43758150 It lasted a year and a half before it broke. Contacted customer service to ask about how to get it repaired. Their response was 'our policy changed a month ago where we would repair this problem (stick drift) out of warranty but we no longer do but here is 20% off your next purchase'. Why would I spend another pound on products that do not last. Horrid customer service. Stick with cheaper controllers.
