A disaster
A disaster! Driver refused to deliver the order to the house. Driver left without delivering the order. A call to Customer Service where I was greeted with big time attitude. I demanded to speak with a manager, twice. On hold both times for 30 minutes. Manager refused to come to the phone. After this humiliating experience, I told the operator that if my order was not delivered by 10am Friday, 1/6/23, I was going to call my bank and have the entire charge reversed; to which she responded, "Go ahead and you have a great evening," in her sarcastic nasty attitude. You know, after 10+ years of being a customer, you aren't the only food delivery in town. So, with that said, I've contacted my bank and all is squared away. Perhaps, you might want to revisit your customer experience personnel. They truly are horrible. Unfortunately, you lost me as a Giant customer. -Ken
