I’ve never sold a phone to one of these companies before so I was a little dubious! The online process was very straight forward I followed their instructions packed the phone up and posted special delivery on Wednesday about 3.30pm before 10am Thursday morning I had an email from them confirming they had received my phone by 5pm Thursday the money was in my bank account the day hole process took 24hrs I definitely recommend Mazuma also they give you the best price I could have sold it for a little more privately but tbh I’m only talking maybe another £40 so if you wanna save yourself the hassle Mazuma takes all that away!
