DO NOT BUY! I got scammed by this store! I made an online purchase of 58 disco balls for a client's event and I paid $938. The next day I got spammed with a bunch of confusing emails, with different quantities on it, saying that the items were not available. They don't have a central phone number you can call, you have to either send fill up a form or try to chat online. While chatting online with one of the agents, I asked to cancel the whole thing. 6 balls out of 58 definitely will not do the job for my client. And then, I was told they can't cancel my order or provide a refund. Now I'm on my way to my bank and ask them to cancel the transaction and refund me because I got scammed by this people. UPDATE: October 25 2024 Now it has been 4 days that on my bank account the amount of $838.20 is on hold for the purchase that they said they had canceled because they ran out of stock. I contacted my bank and I was told that the store never processed this total, but also, never canceled the transaction. It is on hold and there is nothing they can do until the store cancels the transaction. I reached out to the store and they say they are looking into it. When the only thing I need them to do is to cancel the transaction that they never fulfilled my order in the first place. Now my event is coming up in a week, and I need the money to buy the products from another vendor and I can't because of this mess. The bank said if they don't do anything, after 10 business day the transaction will fall out. But the fastest way is for the business cancel it on their end.
