Excellent Company
My brother and I have used Sell my home recently to sell my late father's house. I was a bit sceptical using an online agency as I have always used a traditional estate agents in the past. I can honestly say it was excellent and a fraction of the cost of a high street estate agent. The Web site is easy to use Photos of the property were clear and viewings were simple and quick to fix up without having to wait for an estate agent to ring us.we were able to read all the feedback from the viewers. My brother managed the offers which came in but I believe Sellmyhouse would have done this for a small fee. The support Sellmyhouse provided was very good. For us there were no negatives. You have to conduct the viewings yourself which I preferred but I suppose some people may not be happy with that. If you've got a property to sell, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Sellmyhouse.
