Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service. I submitted USD invoices and they sent it to CAD account and when I called why they did that, they said it was submitted in CAD account. Nobody trained me for that how to deposit invoice in USD. Now they have telling me that they can’t stop funding. Which is lie. They don’t want to do extra work to stop transaction. Worse service.
