Great Concept, but Food is Lacking
The customer service is good. You can tell this company is kind and caring (that's why 2 stars). However, this review is specifically for the food itself. I, unfortunately did not enjoy 99% of my meals. Some of the meals were not fresh and wilted (think dead mushy carrots), and the portion sizes were small for most. The sauces were super watery and unappealing. (Although, I did like the lemon vinaigrette.) Maybe it's the long distance it travels to get to me, but it didn't taste fresh, didn't look appetizing, and sadly didn't taste good. I'm big on flavor and it didn't deliver. The sad part is I forgot to stop my subscription in time, so now I have another 12 meals being delivered that I will try to give away.
