Oh dear me….this Company is SO…
Oh dear me….this Company is SO dismissive of any complaint, but you still have to pay your bill. Which I do. However, I made a silly mistake 3 months ago and in a mad rush, uploaded my electricity reading instead of my gas reading! Do you think I can get SO Electricity to change it? NO! Why? Because it’s a bigger number! It can only be that!! I have rung, written, talked to people, even tried a prayer(!)….all to no avail. I upload my readings monthly, but this Company refuses to believe that they are valid. I accompany all my readings with photographs to confirm the readings. Do they believe the evidence? NO! Why not?? I have asked for them to send a Company representative to read the meter to ascertain the validity of my readings, but have never had a reply! Go and find some other Company for your Gas! It might be more expensive, I have no idea, but it will definitely be easier on the nervous system!
