Words honestly can't describe how bad …

Words honestly can't describe how bad this company is. Canceled my service because they sent me doubled up bills 3 months in a row. We paid the bills thinking maybe we missed, it happens. On the third bill I called to see what was going on. They told me that they had no record of me catching my account up even though my bank account showed how much they got. I paid the last bill and cancelled all my services that day. They wouldn't let me prorate so we had the service for another couple weeks. The day that it was supposed to be shut off my wifes water broke so needless to say I didn't call or check to confirm.. Got back from the hospital and still had service and was told there was nothing in the system about me calling to have my service cancelled so he said they would cancel it and not charge me for the time past the date that I had paid up to. Got a bill for a full month called again they said thy would wave the bill and cancel my service. This time my service was cancelled but receive another bill with a late fee. called again and was told there was no record of any bill getting waved. After telling the guy I refused to pay it and explained what had happened he said he would wave the bill.. Next month didn't get a bill I GOT A CALL FROM A COLLECTIONS AGENCY!! I called again and after a lady tried to get me to take there service back for 20 minuets I finally had enough and blew up! she said the bill and late fee would be gone I got her name for the next time in case. Luckily that was the last I'v heard from them. I REALLY HOPE NO ONE SINGS UP FOR THEM OR SPECTRUM!!! SERIOUSLY SAVE YOUR SELF THE HASSEL AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!! THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPIERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN ANY INDUSTRY!!!!
