Fraudsters

They took my order and charged me, then didn't ship anything. I emailed them and they told me they shouldn't have had the listing in the first place as it was already sold out. By the time I checked with them the item was impossible to get. They then told me that they might give me a refund. Never even attempted to contact me when they realised there was a problem. Useless customer service that doesn't respond.
