Only two issues
Only two issues, one we have discussed before and seems to be improving, the second is very irritating for someone who starts their day at 4am... 1st Issue - Delay between submitting and receiving carrier confirmation. Sometimes the delay between submitting and receiving carrier confirmation is nervously long. As I said before this is improving. 2nd Issue - If I try and book an order before approximately 8am (not sure the exact time, I set my reminder for 8am to complete) I cannot select same day pick up, it always defaults to the next business day with no option to change. This needs to be addressed Overall though it is a good experience and communications top notch except for the issues listed above.
