Good staff and kit but very poor IT and telephone were very helpful

The staff I spoke to were very helpful. However, the IT and telephone systems were very poor indeed and will cause me to be cautious about using HSS again. It was difficult (impossible) to get through on the telephone until I learnt how to trick the system and the member of staff gave me her personal number. The automated hire confirmation changed the date of hire in very small letters amongst a welter of other duplicated information and with no indication that this had occurred.
