I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service. I placed an order for a cake. However, the cake has not been delivered, and I have not received any communication regarding the delay. Despite multiple attempts to contact your customer service team via phone and email, I have not received any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. Furthermore, I have not been issued a refund for the undelivered order.
