The Gradual Decline of Nuffield Bromley
Having been a member at Nuffield Bromley for the last 11 years, I have noticed and experienced the gradual decline in quality of service and its facilities, the mens shower room were terrible, the grouting in the the flooring has degraded so much so that water now collects in the voids in the flooring. 3 times this week the steam room is less heat and more of a fog room. My locker had dirty tissues in it and I was the first to use it at its opening today. I compared my experiences as I used the facilities at Crawley Down over the summer for 3 months whilst on a work project which was excellent and exemplary in its presentation and cleanliness, definitely a flag ship site.
