Worst company in the world
If I could put less stars I would. I paid for an estate car that would fit 4 of us and our luggage. You provided a peugot 206 which was OBVIOUSLY far too small. You left us with no car for 10 days. When I try to claim a refund you claim that I did not pick up the car so will not refund my money. This was all your fault for trying to give me a car that was much less than I paid for. You obviously think this behaviour is acceptable but it is not. As I will not pay hundreds of pounds for something I did not get then I will be taking further action. You are a disgusting company.
