Please, please avoid.
Please do not use this solicitor. Responses are slow and rude, our simple chain free purchase took far longer than it should have due to staff ignorance, sick leave without cover, and pure carelessness. I cannot express the stress that Talbots caused me entirely without reason. Even to this date, nearly two months after exchange, we are finding our solicitor neglected to send certain forms and certificates, leading to even MORE uneccesary stress. I completely begrudge the thousands of pounds I paid for the pleasure of all of this. Do NOT use.
