Bad experience of poor customer service and etiquette
This evening my wife and I went to Aldi supermarket in station street, Box Hill. We were not aware of the time of the closure of the supermarket for the day. The door was open and we went in to buy an item we wanted while the store announcement was requesting customers to complete their purchases as the store will be closed shortly. In the meantime, one of the staff members - James confronted us and wanted us to leave the premises immediately as the store is already closed. We explained that we would not have not have entered the store if the doors were closed. As regular customers of the store, we were extremely dissappointed with the behaviour of James who demonstrated very poor customer service and etiquette.
