This is my complain against ORDER ID…
This is my complain against ORDER ID 29004107414320191128 regarding Mattress Issue which I filed on 6 November 2022 till that day they were just giving excuses that you will receive update with in 7 to 10 working days but till today i did not receive any update and it is almost 2 months now and whenever you call their customer service they say we are very sorry but we sent already your request to our concerned team they will contact you soon sometime they say maximum by today even their managers are the same that they always tell you we try our best they will contact you soon. I don't understand how their concerned team is not taking actions to their customer service team's emails. By reading the reviews on google now I understand that why these guys are using their negligence behavior against their customers because nobody is bothering to go and complain against them to the consumer court. I will never recommend Home Box to anyone in my contacts because of their worst customer services.
