While playing a live casino game

While playing a live casino game, the game broke during a double bonus. No one reached out to me. I had to chase down customer support to ask for my winnings. I’m got small winnings. Didint get to see my wining s. And compensation was poor. I did not see my bonus take place, I’m just suppose to trust their word on the bonus.
