Very worst, irresponsible and unprofessional approach.we faced theft of a pair of new addidas shoes in a courier/cargo sent to muscat - oman. irresponsible approach from this company and denied theft and atlast blamed the other country courier service, when approached them they denied saying the parcel was delivered as received. This company which took the items was responsible for making sure of the safe delivery. Unfortunately no compensation . Please do not prefer this courier
