The service bar
The service at the bar is terrible and very slow, and the staff there seem to make fun of people. The service at the reception is not the friendliest. The pool guards spend more time looking at their cell phones than actually doing what they have booked for. The all-inclusive is rubbish. You have to pay for anything that has a capsule. Not to mention the friendliness of the staff, which is unpleasant and makes you feel unwelcome. It's a shame because I thought the Best Hotels chain would be much better. I stayed at the Best Sol d'Or and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The only positive point I found, not only in terms of friendliness but also efficiency, were the room cleaning staff. The Best Hotels chain should look into this and take action so that they don't start losing customers and gaining the reputation they deserve, if they haven't already.
