£150 extra for declaring nose bleed
I had paid for cover with you for my upcoming trip the policy stated that i needed to update any changes so I rang, the person i spoke to was helpful .updated medication no problem ,then was asked anything else felt i needed to say i had been to see my doctor about a short term regular nose bleed explained they were something i had had all my life with no problems said that he the doctor referred me to an ear nose and throat apointment ,which I am still waiting for ,( nose bleeds have now stopped ) I thoight all good had done the right thing informing you so was then shocked to be told it would be an additional charge of £150 pounds on top of the premium of £103 already paid , asked if anything could be done she said no that is on the system so cant be changed ,the person i spoke to went away a couple of times but nothing coild be done because of the system ,i eventually agreed to pay ,as cancelling would have only given me 65% percent refund.I accept that costs can occur to changes to a policy but i feel £150 for a one word added " nose bleed " on my new policy is excessive and greedy
